Dear Franklin Family,

 

On behalf of the Franklin Parent Teacher Organization, I want to take a moment to express just how excited I am to be working together with such a dedicated and caring group of parents, teachers, and staff. Whether you’re new to our school community or already been a valuable member, we’re so happy to have you with us!

First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support. Whether you helped out with fundraising, volunteered your time, or showed up to meetings and events, or all of the above, your generosity truly makes a difference.

Your contributions to the PTO combined with the funds raised through our signature events are used to support the Franklin students and staff in a multitude of ways including after school enrichments, in school assemblies, author visits, teacher appreciation initiatives, school cultural events like multicultural night, social events, and fundraising events including the beloved Franklin Fair. All of these programs directly impact our students to foster creativity, ignite curiosity, and cultivate a sense of school spirit. Your commitment to these programs is what makes this community so special.

 

It is never a dull time here at Franklin with opportunities to get involved, share ideas, and support our teachers and students. I hope you’ll join us in whatever way works for you—whether that’s volunteering, heading up the various committees, or simply being part of the conversations. Please take a look at the details of all the PTO Programs and do not hesitate to reach out to me or any of the board members if you have questions, suggestions or new ideas you want to  bring to the table.
